Grazing Corn/Double Crop Corn

Double Crop Corn

GX80 is one of the earliest corn varieties on the market (79 days relative maturity). On the market for over 20 years, GX80 is about a week earlier than our nearest competitor! Capable of grazing 2500 yearlings on one pivot for 30 days!
• One can turn out and graze corn when still green
• Hold the field until winter and graze (near zero harvest cost)
• Bale in round or ton bales
• Put up as silage
• This of the expensive winter hay stacks you can save by having this resource added to your program
• Simply plug up every other hold in your grain drill, drop your cups and plant one bag per acre
• Be sure to graze or windrow pre-tassel for maximum sugar content
